23 May Memorial Franco Chignoli
On Sunday May 15th, at the sports center Renato Rossi Casnate with Bernate (CO) took place the first Memorial Franco Chignoli, in honour of the father of Olivier Chignoli, founder of the company DiCOmo.
It was a day of sport but also of great charity because DiCOmo, Eracle FC and the sponsors of the event have donated a check from 4,000.00 € to the oncological department of the Parisian hospital Salpetrière, structure that has treated Mr. Franco, represented by Professor Spanò.
The teams participating in the tournament were 6: Milan 2011, Eracle FC 2010, Aldini 2010, Cimiano 2010, Lombardia 1 2010 and Club Milano 2010 and have played with Italian group and unique time of 25 minutes.
All the teams received a cup and a medal of participation while the winning team (Milan 2011) received the Franco Chignoli trophy that will then be up for grabs for the next edition, to be held next year.
The event welcomed family members and friends of the DiCOmo, including representatives of the company’s partners (Atim, Eureka, Innolac, Marila, Mobilclan, Studio C2 and Tecnopannels) who also made donations in honour of Mr. Franco.
Also of great importance was the participation and contribution of the former world champion Gianluca Zambrotta who, with his club Eracle Calcio, helped in the realization of this memorial as a gesture of friendship and respect for the DiCOmo and Olivier.
Thanks also to the AC Milan and Milan Academy that have joined this initiative in line with their values of passion, excellence, elegance and teamwork, thus allowing children to participate with joy in this tournament.
A beautiful day, therefore, dedicated to sport, children, friendship, collaboration, respect and above all altruism and has already been confirmed for next year so…. SEE YOU SOON!
