EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of personal data.

List of personal data processing

Common, sensitive and judicial personal data, in their definitions in accordance with Article 4 of the Consolidated Privacy Act, are processed within the scope of our normal and instrumental activity as cement dealers for obligations established by laws, regulations and community legislation, as well as by provisions issued by authorities or authorized bodies. The provision of personal data necessary for this purpose is mandatory and the right to refuse to provide them or the right to cancel them will make it impossible to establish or maintain relationships.

All personal data are processed using manual, informatic and / or telematic tools in a functional way for the aforementioned purposes and in order to guarantee in any case the security and confidentiality of personal data.
Personal data are kept at the headquarters of DiCOmo S.r.l. via V GIORNATE 76 / C – CERNOBBIO CO and the data controller is Mr. OLIVIER CHIGNOLI.

Personal data are kept for the entire period necessary for the fulfilment of the professional task and for the subsequent 10 years, without prejudice to the right of the affected party to request cancellation from the Data Controller.
The affected party also has the right to access their personal data and request it in addition to cancellation, correction or limitation of processing it.
The provision of data is mandatory and in the absence of this, it will not be possible to carry out the tax obligations required by the assignment; if the right to cancel is exercised, it will be immediately satisfied but DiCOmo S.r.l. cannot be held liable for the omissions of tax law duties.
The affected party has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

Personal data protection
Complying with the requirements of EU Regulation 2016/679 regarding the protection of personal data, the Company is updated with the steps necessary to keep the personal data of third parties in our possession safe and complete, both as for the custody on paper and on electronic support.

Paper support

The main entrance is locked by a security door whose keys are in possession only of the persons in charge of data processing.
We worked to ensure that the paper archives were placed next to each person in charge in order to be under direct and constant control.

Electronic support

The data saved electronically are protected by a series of passwords on each client:

• • each person in charge of processing has authentication credentials: a user and a password of at least 8 alphanumeric characters to be renewed every 3 months;
  • each person in charge of processing has a user and password to exit the automatic screen saver option of at least 8 alphanumeric characters to be renewed every 3 months;
  • each PC is protected by Windows Defender Antivirus;
  • the LAN is protected by a firewall device that does not allow access to external third parties.

Back up and restore of data

In the event of damage of informatics media with the consequent need for their restoration, COMO WEB, on which we rely for assistance, in charge of this operation.

Distribution of tasks and responsibilities
The owner of the data processing, Mr. CHIGNOLI OLIVIER is also responsible for the processing of such data and Password Keeper.
The Manager assigned the Company’s collaborators and employees to process the procedure.
Each person in charge of this procedure, collects, stores and processes the data provided by third parties as described above. There is the possibility of professional discussion among the appointees in order to be able to perform the duties in the best possible way in terms of the effective performance of a Company.

Analysis of the risks affecting the data

The company worked to protect the data and information of third parties stored on the various media with the utmost care.
We believe that data in our possession on paper support are inviolable during working hours as they lie inside a locked cabinet and even in case of staff absence (night and holidays) the data remain inside the LOCKED structure and therefore protected with the diligence if we are protecting our home.

The data in our possession on electronic media are secured with the most sophisticated hardware and software systems updated in real time, therefore only a very skilled hacker, violating criminal laws, could enter the network and become aware of confidential data. In that case we will inform you immediately in the appropriate places.
