Salone del mobile 2022

During the Milan Design Week 2022, the “Salone del Mobile Milano” returns to the spaces of Fiera Milano Rho, from 7 to 12 June 2022.

This year is a special edition of the “Salone del Mobile” because it celebrates the 60th anniversary of the most important design fair in the world, open to accredited professionals but also to the public of enthusiasts, upon payment of a ticket.

Sustainability and ecological transition will be the key words for this edition of the “Salone del Mobile” and will also be the basis of the work of companies and creatives who participated and were asked to think about products, installations and equipment using recycled, reusable and environmentally friendly materials.

You can find items such as, for example, a chair made from recycled coffee capsules. The discarded capsules and that have a wrong puncture or incorrect packaging are used and, with a path of material regeneration, it turns the capsule removed from the production cycle, into a durable and beautiful design project.

The two biennials of “Eurocucina” and “Salone Internazionale del Bagno” will also be held at Fiera Milano Rho, in conjunction with the “Salone Internazionale del Mobile”, with 121 and 172 exhibitors respectively.

DiCOmo will be present to accompany customers and support partners who will exhibit their new products.

The ethical approach to design is, in fact, increasingly central and finds concreteness in the new sustainability guidelines for designers and exhibitors to achieve the goal of the well-being of both environment and people.
